Without further ado, here's a recipe that's simple, classic, delicious, and no-nonsense.
Sweet potatoes with onion candies, plums and raisins, and a little twist of spiciness.

So what do you need? (Suitable for 3 people, multiply quantities according to the number of people)

4 potatoes
2 heads of garlic
1 large onion or 2 small onions
5 dried apricots
A spoonful of raisins

For seasoning:

5 tablespoons silane
2 tablespoons olive oil
Half a teaspoon of pomegranate sauce
A quarter teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of sugar
A pinch of chili powder
A teaspoon of sesame seeds

Preparation method:
Cut the onions into quarters and bake for 15 minutes at 140 degrees.
(The purpose of baking at low heat is to extract the sugars from the onion)

During this time, soften potatoes in a garlic oven or in another way.

Cut the potatoes crosswise, almost all the way through, and arrange them with the roasted garlic and onions on a baking sheet (preferably lined with baking paper).

Prepare the seasoning in advance in a separate bowl and then brush the potatoes, onions, and garlic with the sauce, then garnish with sesame seeds.

The apricots and raisins should be baked for a maximum of 10-15 minutes! So decide whether to put them in at the beginning of baking and take them out or at the end.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35.

Enjoy your meal!
