Granola recipe:
250 grams of thick oatmeal (not thin!)
1/4 cup olive oil/coconut oil
1/2 cup of honey/syrup/agave/maple syrup
A teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened cranberries (add after baking)
5 coarsely chopped dried apricots (add after baking)

Preparation method:
In a bowl, add the oats, nuts/seeds, and any toppings you choose.
(without the cranberries and dried fruit if you decided to add them), add the oil, honey, salt and cinnamon and mix well so that the entire mixture is coated.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten to the same height.
Place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20-35 minutes until browned (depending on the power of the oven). Every 7-10 minutes, it is important to open the oven and stir the granola mixture.
After removing from the oven, cool the granola completely so that it is crunchy. Add dried fruit if desired (cranberries, apricots, etc.). Transfer to a box with a hermetic seal and store for up to 10 days.
