An interesting phenomenon has begun in recent years, we have begun to combine sweet and savory foods and enjoy them!
The first time I tasted a combination dish was at Gordos Restaurant in Holon. The first dish was a dish called a stack of pancakes and it was just that! A combination of pancakes with chocolates, milk jam, pretzels, ice cream and what not?!
Sometimes a healthy lifestyle is also a healthy mind, and chocolate can help with this, of course in moderation!
I took the idea for this dish from that same dish that contains everything in this recipe, only more exaggerated.

So what do you need?

80 grams of pretzels
50 grams chocolate chips
50 grams white chocolate
*100 grams of chocolate of any type is provided
95 grams of milk jam
*Can be replaced with any other spread
A little coarse salt

How to prepare:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short pulses.
Spread about half of the chocolate on baking paper and sprinkle the pretzels on top.
Dissolve the milk jam or spread of your choice with a spoonful of water and mix well until you obtain a thick, uniform mixture.
Pour the remaining chocolate over the bagel and drizzle with the milk jam.
Transfer to the freezer until everything hardens and cut into cubes.
Enjoy your meal!
