Who doesn't want a crunchy snack with chocolate?
A snack that can be prepared in 10 minutes and is enough for a few good days, if you are one of those who know how to set limits...
One that is good in the morning, before a workout and with coffee.
One that needs to be labeled "Caution: Addictive".
And on top of everything, it can be either vegan or not.
So get the rice cracker snack with chocolate and protein powder.

100 grams of elite dark chocolate
50 ml (a little less than 1/4 cup) coconut oil/butter -

Preparation method:
Melt 100 grams of dark chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan with the coconut oil or butter. Mix well until smooth.
Add a tablespoon of sweetener (if you choose to add it) and 2 tablespoons of vegan/regular protein powder or a tablespoon of sifted flour.
Mix well until smooth.
Add 2 and a half cups of rice crackers in a separate bowl and combine the chocolate mixture with the rice crackers. Mix so that all the crackers are covered in chocolate.
You can drizzle any spread you want on top - milk jam/Nutella/halvah spread - of course this increases the calories.
Transfer to an English cake pan and place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
Remove and cut into squares.
Keep frozen ️
