Nut, sesame and honey snacks that you must make!!

This is one of those recipes that requires 20-30 minutes of standing in the kitchen, but it's so worth it.

And if you manage to be restrained with them, it will also last you more than a week in the refrigerator.

So what do you need (for 30 units):
75 grams sesame seeds
40 grams sunflower seeds
20 grams pumpkin seeds
15 grams peeled, sliced ​​almonds
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons Sweetango
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A tablespoon and a half of water
A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation method:

In a pan, toast the sesame seeds for a few minutes, stirring.

At the same time, in another large, stable pan, mix the sugars, water, and vanilla extract.
And begin to heat until melted.

Add the honey with the cinnamon and begin cooking for a few minutes until the liquids caramelize and thicken.

- It is important to note that the liquids should not be very thick, they will even seem almost not thick.
Until.....add the sesame seeds and seeds.

After adding them, mix so that they are all coated and transfer the sticky mixture to a greased baking sheet.

Spread it evenly on the baking paper and place in the refrigerator or freezer for at least half an hour.
