White chocolate and almond butter chips - how I love using minimal ingredients, investing minimal time, and bringing out maximum flavor.
As you know, most of my recipes are simple and accessible. I don't like to spend a lot of time preparing food on a daily basis.

This recipe is simple and easy, and will satisfy your sweet tooth, just be careful, it's addictive!
And the beautiful thing about it is that you can change the ingredients of the recipe, and there are 2 mandatory ingredients in total and one optional ingredient.

What do you need? (For 18 small cutouts)
100 grams white chocolate (any chocolate is fine)
70 grams natural almond butter (any spread made from nuts or tahini can be used)
Toppings: I put 40 grams of pistachios - you can put cranberries, almonds, cashews, etc.

Preparation method:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in pulses.
Mix together with the spread until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Add the topping if you choose.
Transfer to a mold and freeze for at least an hour.
Take out, cut and try not to finish it all at once.

If you make it, don't forget to tag :)
