So what do you need? (For 10 cookies)
Quaker glass
A tablespoon of flour - any type
A teaspoon of cinnamon - optional
One egg
3 tablespoons oil - vegetable oils and coconut oil can be used, not olive oil (because of the bitterness)
1/4 cup Sweetango or other calorie-free sugar substitute (not liquid!)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
15 grams cranberries in apple concentrate
25 grams peeled, sliced almonds
- Instead of the cranberries and almonds, you can add any topping you want:
Chocolate\ sunflower seeds\ pumpkin seeds\ walnuts\ pistachios and more!
- For vegetarians, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce instead of the egg
Preparation method:
- Add the dry ingredients to the bowl.
- Then add the wet ingredients
- Mix until you get a uniform and sticky dough.
- Roll into balls and place on lightly greased baking paper.
- Crush the ball into a cookie shape
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes (depending on the strength of the oven)
Enjoy your meal!
