A meal that can be combined in the morning or evening. 15 minutes of work and you have delicious crepes on which you can add whatever you want.

Ingredients for 6 crepes:
3 eggs
1/3 cup (60ml) soy drink/regular milk
125 grams of 5% fat white cheese
1/4 cup (35 grams) cornstarch
A bag of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon butter/oil for frying (add in 2 batches)

Preparation method:
Mix all the batter ingredients well in a bowl to obtain a uniform and liquid mixture.
Grease a 22 cm diameter frying pan with butter/oil and heat.
Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan so that it covers the entire bottom of the pan, fry for a minute to a minute and a half until you can flip it with a spatula, and fry for another half a minute on the other side.
Transfer to a plate and add toppings of your choice.
