A stir-fry that can be prepared in 20 minutes!
The truth is that stir-fried noodles with vegetables are among my favorite dishes,
And most importantly, you need to know how to prepare it correctly!
* Pay attention to the tip written below with the soaking water.

So what do you need? (Quantity for 2-3 people)
- 200 grams of noodles of any type (wheat/bean/rice)
- 4 sweet shushaka peppers (or 2 regular peppers)
- 1/4 white cabbage
- 2 green onion stalks
- 2 carrots
- A tablespoon of sesame oil - for sautéing the vegetables.
* You can add pieces of chicken/chicken/chicken breast/tofu/beef

Seasoning for noodles:
- A tablespoon of sesame oil
- A tablespoon of natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons agave/honey/maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning | can be replaced with hot paprika
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Korean pepper paste | can be replaced with Sriracha

Preparation method:
- Prepare noodles according to manufacturer's instructions.
- I soaked the bean noodles in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the vegetables
- Sauté the carrots and cabbage with a tablespoon of sesame oil for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the peppers and green onions and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
- Total of 10 minutes to sauté the vegetables
- Drain the noodles ***partially***, leaving a little liquid from the soaking water, then season.
- Add the vegetables to the noodles and mix.
