Excited. Very excited. To share this recipe with you, after last year the recipe I posted for tuna pizza broke the internet, thousands of tags and pictures. I am happy to announce the following recipe to all those who don't like tuna, who don't combine cheese with tuna, and to all those who want to try something different. Tahini pizza! The idea came about completely by accident about a month ago. I made a focaccia of tahini bread that I posted for Passover. I always added different and varied toppings to the focaccia, but a month ago a thought occurred to me, what would happen if I took this recipe one step further? So I tried again and again and I succeeded! A recipe for pizza without flour, without tuna, a solid base and maximum flavor.
Just do me a favor, don't forget to tag or send me ッ︎
Ingredients for a personal pizza (which can even be enough for a couple):
•One egg•
2 and a half tablespoons raw tahini
•A tablespoon of 5% fat white cheese - you can also use ricotta/soy in the style of white cheese
•Half a teaspoon of baking powder︎︎
For additions:
•A tablespoon of sesame seeds - optional
•A slice of yellow cheese, 9% fat
•A tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese (about 10 grams) optional
•Toppings on the pizza as you wish
•Tomato sauce of your choice. - You can make it at home with canned chopped tomatoes, add a teaspoon of olive oil, a crushed garlic clove, a little salt, a little sugar and oregano - the amount depends on the amount of sauce you are making.
Preparation: Mix the egg, tahini, cheese and baking powder together until a uniform texture is obtained. Pour into a circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the edges and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, spread the tomato sauce, cheese and toppings and return to the oven to bake for another 5 minutes. Remove and devour!
