There are recipes that even before I upload them I know they will be successful, that people will love them.
The simplicity, the quick preparation time and the good taste.
These winter days made me think about what I would like to eat and hot pizza came to mind!
So I tried to think of a way to not give up the taste, well maybe a little of the dough, but convert it into a meal.
Healthier and lower in calories.
Then it occurred to me:
Pizza based on rice sheets.
There's no other like it - if you look online, you'll know for yourself where they got it from.
And all this for 440 calories.. Wow, this is just right for breakfast or dinner.
So what do you need?
6 units of rice sheets
One egg
3 slices of 9% yellow cheese
1/2 tablespoon 5% fat cheese

A tablespoon of tomato paste
Ketchup spoon
A teaspoon of oregano
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
A teaspoon of chuma/sahug pepper
Preparation method:
In a bowl, beat the egg.
Add the pizza sauce and its ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl, grate the yellow cheese slices into crumbs.
